Brian Gallagher was employee one at Ware2Go, a UPS-backed B2B logistics platform.

He joined at zero revenue and scaled the business to $150M ARR over six and a half years through a successful exit. He held the CPTO role through every stage of that growth — owning product, technology, and operations as the company moved from scrappy startup to mature technology service business.

What he saw in those six years is the same pattern he sees in the companies he works with today. A business that wins early. Then scales by adding people. Then wakes up to find the operating model is the constraint — not the market, not the team, not the product.
